Shipping Information

Processing Time Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. If your item is custom ordered and requires time to be handmade prior to shipping this time will be communicated with you.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Post (Australia): 3-7 business days – rates calculated at checkout
  • Express Post (Australia): 1-3 business days – rates calculated at checkout
  • Sendle (Australia): 2-5 business days – rates calculated at checkout
  • International shipping available – rates calculated at checkout

Tracking: I’ll send you tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are protected. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

My Return Policy

As a solo maker creating one-of-a-kind pieces from limited materials:

Quality Issues: If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Change of Mind: Due to the custom, one-of-a-kind nature of my work, I can’t accept returns for change of mind. Each piece uses materials I may never find again, so please review descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Size/Fit Concerns: If something doesn’t fit or you are concerned about sizing, please reach out within 7 days. I’m happy to work with you to find a solution.

How to Return

  • Email me at hello@piratespirit.au with your order number and photos if there’s a quality issue
  • I’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps
  • I’ll cover return shipping costs for any quality issues
